The Internal IP address is part of the ADC’s internal REST communications system. This is not directly changeable.

Should this Internal IP address conflict with an IP Address range used within your network, please contact support@edgenexus.io and request a jetPACK that will change this to use an IP Address range of your choice.

External IP Address

The External IP address is used for communicating with the Add-On from within your network. So in the example shown above, the WAF Add-on is directly accessible for managing its UI through the External IP address using Port 88. Traffic to the Add-on uses the External IP address using ports 80 and 443.

There may be two reasons why you do not have a valid license:

You have downloaded an evaluation product and are operating on the evaluation license which is restricted.

You have purchased the ADC and downloaded it, but you have yet to request and receive the production license.

In order to rectify this, you should do the following:

Log onto the ADC’s GUI and navigate to System > License.

At the top of the page, you will see a value called MACHINE ID.
