I have lost my admin password. What can I do?
If you are the only Admin user and have lost your password there is a way out.
You must have a valid support contract in place.
You will need the Machine ID.
As you cannot access the user interface, it will not be possible for you to get the Machine ID.
Locate the license file that was provided to you.
The filename contains the Machine ID.
Contact Support at support@edgenexus.io and write to them explaining the issue, and provide the Machine ID.
Support will then arrange to have a remote session with you and reset the password.
